This Privacy Policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this site only - it is not a substitute for PAGCOR's obligations as a Personal Information Controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), which are described by the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
What this site collects
Contact and report submissions: when you use the Contact form or report illegal gaming, we store your name, email address, the topic you selected, and your message, along with a system-generated tracking reference. This is used only to respond to you and to route your message to the right desk internally.
Page analytics: this site records which pages are visited (page path and timestamp) to understand what the public is actually using. It does not use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
Operator verification: when you check an operator or site name using the PAGCOR Guarantee tool, that query is not stored - it is checked against the public registry in real time and discarded.
What this site does not do
This site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, does not sell or share visitor data with third parties, and does not require an account or login to use any public page.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data PAGCOR holds about you. Direct such requests through the Contact page, topic "Data privacy" - they are routed to the desk responsible for data-subject requests.
Retention
Contact and report submissions are retained for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to satisfy PAGCOR's record-keeping obligations as a government agency, after which they are deleted or archived per PAGCOR's records disposal schedule.
