Purpose of this site
This is the official public information portal of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), a Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation created under Presidential Decree 1869, as amended by R.A. 9487. It exists to publish licensing information, transparency disclosures, news, and public services - not to offer gaming itself.
The PAGCOR Guarantee verification tool
The operator-verification tool reflects PAGCOR's licensing registry at the time of query. A "licensed" result confirms the named operator holds an active PAGCOR license at that moment; it is not a recommendation to play, and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Gaming carries real financial risk regardless of an operator's license status.
Accuracy of information
PAGCOR works to keep information on this site accurate and current, but published figures, statuses, and documents may lag real-world changes by the time it takes to process and publish them. Where this site and an official PAGCOR document conflict, the official document controls.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls on this site, misuse the Contact or report forms to submit false reports, or use automated tools to scrape or overload this site's public services.
